Due to the small nature of our business, My Boho Bags offers refunds, but to ensure your complete satisfaction, we strongly encourage you to contact us with any questions regarding product details, dimensions, materials, condition, or suitability prior to completing your purchase. Our team is committed to providing detailed information and additional photographs when requested to help you make an informed decision.  By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our exchange policy. Refunds must be requested by the customer within 14 days of receipt.
